VS1 Games
Social Responsibility
We believe the world's game is at its best when its players are given the stage to be seen, heard and celebrated as individuals.
VS1 Games has a responsibility to the players who enter our Clubs, the leagues and clubs they represent, and the next generation watching around the world. As World Football's Premier Off-Season Meet, our responsibility is not simply to entertain. It is to protect the player, celebrate talent wherever it comes from, preserve the integrity of the off-season and build a show that complements the world's game.
We believe every decision at VS1 Games should begin with the player.
VS1 exists to create a world-class stage around professional footballers during a period of the year that belongs to them. Participation is deliberately short, voluntary and designed around the realities of the professional off-season.
VS1 is not club football. We do not sign players to teams, ask them to commit to a season or seek to replace the institutions that shape their professional careers.
We ask for a small part of their summer and accept a responsibility to make that time worthy of them.
Built around the player.
Built for the world's game.
VS1 Games will evolve. New Clubs will open. New players, leagues, countries and stories will enter the Meet.
These principles should not change with them.
Our responsibility is to protect what makes VS1 worth building: exceptional footballers, individual character, sporting pride and a stage that belongs to the player for one day.
