THE SHOW
FOOTBALL. PRODUCED DIFFERENTLY.
VS1 Games is a sports-entertainment show built around the individual players of the world's game.
Professional footballers enter a VS1 Member Club as contestants for one day of their off-season, moving through arrivals, interviews, fashion, media, behind-the-scenes moments and unscripted short-form 1v1 competition.
The sporting outcomes are real. The production around them is the show.
BUILT AS A SHOW
VS1 Games is not staged as a traditional live sporting event.
The Games are filmed behind closed doors on a purpose-built set inside each VS1 Member Club, in front of a selected live-show audience.
Players are contestants in the production. They are not signed to VS1 teams, contracted into a league season or required to compete beyond their individual appearance at the Games.
Each Member Club exists to stage its annual edition of the show during the off-season.
A SERIES, NOT A LIVE FEED.
VS1 Games is filmed to be watched as entertainment, not packaged as a live broadcast.
Each edition becomes an episodic series that fans can watch in full, follow matchup by matchup or move through continuously as one story.
Arrivals, personalities, interviews, competition and the moments around the HexaCage all become part of the same production.

THE LIVE-SHOW AUDIENCE
VS1 Games is filmed behind closed doors in front of a selected live-show audience.
This is not a traditional ticketed football crowd. Guests are invited into the production to help create the atmosphere, energy and visual world of the show.
Audience participants may include invited guests, models, creatives, tastemakers, local personalities, production participants, set contributors and other guests selected directly through VS1 Games.
Every person on set becomes part of the environment being filmed.
